Hello!

Hi, I’m Sof — a proud MOA since 2020 (Blue Hour era 🌈)! I started collecting TXT photocards soon after falling down the MOA rabbit hole, and like many collectors, I spent hours searching through eBay, Instagram, and Mercari just to find the right cards. As a Yeonjun collector, I quickly got frustrated with member pricing and the stress of joining group orders.

That’s why I started MOA Market — to make collecting easier, more fun, and way less stressful.

​

I began selling TXT photocards on Instagram and Mercari in 2021, and thanks to the amazing support from fellow MOAs, I quickly built a loyal following. Collectors appreciated that I didn’t do member pricing, kept things friendly and professional, and always stocked the cards they were searching for.

By 2023, my Instagram had grown so much that I decided to make things even easier for buyers — I registered my business and launched this website in October 2023!

Since 2021, I’ve made thousands of sales and connected with collectors all over the world. I’m so grateful to be part of this fandom, and I hope to continue helping MOAs complete their collections, one photocard at a time 💛

🛒 About My Shop & Process

​

  • Who runs the shop with you?

    • Just me! I run the shop all by myself. I source items, manage inventory, build and maintain the website, do marketing, customer service, packing and sending orders, and everything in between. ​

  • How do you source your photocards?

    • I source all my photocards from official retailers like Weverse and licensed music stores in Korea and Japan. I also work with trusted proxies and reliable sellers based in Korea, Japan, and the Philippines to ensure authenticity and quality.​​

  • Do you sell authentic and official photocards only?

    • Yes! All of the photocards I sell are authentic and official.​​

  • Why don’t you do member pricing?

    • I believe every member of TXT is equally valuable and important. Just because some members may be more popular doesn’t mean their photocards should cost more. At MOA Market, I don’t support member pricing — every card is priced fairly, no matter who’s on it.​​

  • How often do you restock?

    • It depends on the photocard! Pre-order benefits (POBs) are limited-time items that can only be sourced during the album pre-order period, so they usually can’t be restocked once sold out.

    • Album photocards are sometimes restocked when I receive multiple shipments, but in most cases, once they sell out, they’re gone for good. I’m only able to restock certain cards if I find them at a good price and know there’s strong demand. So if you see something you want, I always recommend grabbing it while it’s in stock!

  • Can I request specific photocards?

    • I don’t formally take requests for specific photocards, but you’re always welcome to message me on Instagram if you’re looking for something in particular! I’m happy to help point you in the right direction or let you know if I come across it.​

  • Where are you based?

    • I'm based in Atlanta, GA (USA).​

  • How do you ship your items?

    • All photocards are shipped safely inside PVC-free penny sleeves and Shipping Shields. ​

  • Do you offer tracked and untracked shipping?

    • All U.S. orders are shipped with tracking via USPS or FedEx.

    • For international orders, you have the option to choose tracked or untracked shipping to help save on costs. 

  • Do you ship internationally?

    • Yes! I ship worldwide! I've sent orders to countries in all continents (except Antartica!).​

🧾 Policies & Trust

  • Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

    • I only accept returns if I sent you the wrong item by mistake. I do not offer refunds! Please see my Terms and Conditions.​

  • What happens if my item gets lost in the mail?

    • If you opted for untracked international shipping, I suggest reaching out to your local mail provider for assistance. If your item was sent via USPS Ground Advantage, please file a Missing Mail search request with USPS. If it was shipped with Fedex, please see their website. ​

  • Where can I see reviews from other buyers?

    • I have thousands of reviews across of all my selling channels. You find reviews on this website, my Etsy shop and proofs on my Instagram page.​

  • Can I contact you with questions before buying?

    • Absolutely! You can send me an email using my Contact Form, or you can dm me directly on Instagram.​

  • Are you active on social media?

    • Yes! My main account is @moa_market34 on Instagram. I have an active Broadcast Channel where I post updates, polls, and ask you all for feedback. I also post giveaways every month! I also have a TikTok account!​

  • Do you do trades or just sales?

    • I mostly do sales, but every now and then I will post about a trade on my Instagram account.​

  • I live outside of the U.S. Can you help me source items for my Group Order?

    • Absolutely! I've helped MOAs outside the US to host their Group Orders. Please contact me directly on Instagram for more details!​
